french toast

now that it is summer, i have a lot more activities, but luckily i have a lot more time in the morning to make a good breakfast to fuel me for the day. Lately i have been enjoying French Toast, but this morning was the first time i made it my self. my mom was upstairs getting ready and i was downstairs, cooking french toast (which i have never really cooked all by my self). i forgot  if there was milk in it (like scrambled eggs) or not, so i ended up looking up a random recipe to find that french toast did indeed have milk. so i added a splotch of milk. now the one ingredient that i forgot and probably should have added was salt or some kind of seasoning (cinnamon probably would have been good). but any way i whisked the milk and 2 eggs then plopped two piece of bread into my concoction. i put butter in a pan then once it melted put my first piece if french tots in the pan only to realize that both pieces of toast wouldn't fit into the pan at the same time.so i did each toast one at a time. after i finished the first toast, i realized that all of the butter was soaked up by the first piece. i decided not to add any more butter because the pan was still greased enough for a second piece plus i don't really like my toast as oily. so for my next piece when i went to pick it up out of the egg mix, i realized that it soaked up a lot more egg than the last piece because it was sitting there for a good 4 minutes this is another trait that i liked.

which one do you like better? A= 1st on the pan, B= 2nd
B is my favorite

i like to put these Blackberry preserves on my toast
